I wrote long letter to Mary, regarding minor operation she may have.

Arthur worked on one in flat areas greens - greys, again.

I worked on oval painting.

Saturday, February 12, 1938
Lawyer (Credit B.) called from Hornell - said they would do something.  Arthur said he would have his lawyer hold off a bit.  Telephoned Mr O'Brien who said he would write them a note.

General this & that all day.

Got last pair of calf high shoes, mailed them to Dottie - wrote her.
