In a recent public utterance Mr C D Gibson is credited with saying [[strikethrough]]something[[/strikethrough]] to the effect that now [[strikethrough]]that[[/strikethrough]] even though the war is over the campaign of [[strikethrough]]poster[[/strikethrough]] picture poster publicity should go on.  I think Mr Gibson overrates the value of the work he has been doing.
Even conceding that the war was won only the [[strikethrough]][[?]][[/strikethrough]] force engendered by [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] posters supplied by Mr Gibson's committee its
seems that the lithographic trust had had plenty of opportunity to
fatten while the war was on without this peculiar sort of graft going on
indefinately.  I say [[strikethrough]] admirably [[/strikethrough]] that
the lithographic trust has had opportunities [[strikethrough]]to fatten on the people's money and at the ex yet while[[/strikethrough]] It seems rather strange  There are two sides to this medal of honor which the distinguished committee on publicity are so loth to pin
upon [[strikethrough]]them[[/strikethrough]] its breast.  On one side is the fattened lithographic trust fattened
