Abundant, in some places, dominant plant in forest. Forest ± open, but at present in very bad shape, extremely dry after many day without rain. There was a small stream there, now dry. 

Pretty Olyra [[strikethrough]] in [[/strikethrough]] ± 70 -/m height. Infl. a [[?]] terminal to the culum [[strikethrough]] on [[/strikethrough]] and from 1-2 nodes

below; in some plant, 2 partial inflorese. per node. All infl passed flowering and only one plant with a young infl (in herbarium) and a youngest one (in FAA) but "mustier".

[[underlined]] Roots [[/underlined]] : very strong and thick, Roddis type
[[underlined]] FAA [[/underlined]] : 1 vial with leaves & 1 inflorese.

This forest is probably one of the few spot still uncut in a large area [[strikethrough]] with [[/strikethrough]] where forest was cut over and at present turn
