  My birthday started out with
perfect weather-brisk (lower 50's)
in A.M. - Warmed up nicely, but
became overcast in afternoon,
and rather cool near dusk.  Susan
has no school today or tomorrow-
teacher's conference.
   Left home 6:25 A.M. - arrived
home about 8:50 A.M.
   Broadwinged Hawk (1) near Dark
Pool; Killdears (over house in P.M.)
Mourning Doves (2); Many Swifts;
1 Flicker near Dark Pool; Red-
Bellied Woodpecker calling; Downy
Woodpecker (1 female) with Brown Creepers
hitching by within a few inches of her;
Phoebes (2); Jays (12-20); Crows (6-8); 
Chickadees (several); Titmice (3-4);
Nuthatch (1); Brown Creeper (1);
