Some of these rows originate frequently when [[underlined in red]] American soldiers [[/underlined in red]] refuse to pay [[underlined in red]] extremely high charges of shop keepers [[/underlined in red]] which the latter have raised in the belief that every American soldier is a [[underlined in red]] millionaire.
