a mosquito proof veil and canvass gloves and thus accoutred succeeded in braving the onslaught but Albert and I retreated each to our cabin and started fumigating and after putting on the metal mosquito screens, and killing off those who had already entered we could brave the night but kept carefully inside our cabins so as not to let other mosquitoes enter. They are a real pest! However soon afterward an [[red underline]] Eastern Ocean breeze drove them all away [[\red underline]] except a few which had lodged in my cabin. I fell slept with mosquito veil on.  Afterwards Albert who was trying to fish told me
