[[underline]] May 25 [[/underline]] ^[[Early]] Arrival at [[underline]] Singapore. [[/underline]] Room assigned to me is [[underline]] not so good [[/underline]] as what I got on my first arrival. Comes out on noisy street and noisy electric car line. The [[underline]] rooms in the hotel [[/underline]] [[strikethrough]] are [[/strikethrough]] come out in [[underline]] dark cheerless [[/underline]] hallways. There are 3 W.C. with flush arrangements for the whole floor. The rooms individually have nothing of the kind [[strikethrough]] except [[/strikethrough]] beyond a [[underline]] white enameled bucket [[/underline]]
