Then later went motoring around to [[underline]] Coral Gables, Tahiti Beach [[/underline]] etc. Very enjoyable day. [[underline]] Will Muserne and Catlow take measurements for topsail for Avocet. - [[underline]] What a disorder. [[/underline]] what a mess o/b Avocet.
[[underline]] April 12 [[/underline]] Went to see Warwick's lawyer, McKay, who will transfer boat. mortgage, papers and insurance.
[[underline]] Long letter to George. [[/underline]] Warwick and Camp tell me of a young captain [[underline]] Pattison [[/underline]] who is now in charge of schooner [[underline]] Yacht Mars [[/underline]], and who seems suitable [[underline]] for my job. [[/underline]] Went to see him he makes good impression. [[underline]] Enjoyed him [[/underline]]
