He says they want from 450 to 475. Told him then I cannot make a bid. Finally offered him [[underlined]] $1000000 [[/underlined]] cash for 2500 shares common with option to purchase the rest within a certain time.
[[underlined]] May 14 [[/underlined]] Went to see [[underlined]] Whitaker [[/underlined]] to engage him as witness for a suit against [[underlined]] Wooden. [[/underlined]] He acceps. Will see him further Monday
[[underlined]] May 15 [[/underlined]] Visited Nina's house. (Sunday) Very comfortable and specious well situated.
Brought [[strikethrough]] turt? [[/strikethrough]] [[underlined]] little turtles [[/underlined]] for [[underlined]] for her children. [[/underlined]] Nina in. Then with [[underlined]] Celine drove [[/underlined]] to [[underlined]] George's [[/underlined]] house. but family was all out. Pretty garden and new additions to the house.

I use past tense 'underlined' with a 'd' because that is my understanding from the instructions. It seems a waste of time to edit just to remove the 'd' in 'underlined'. If I review and the transcriber just uses 'underline' I do not add the 'd'
