is good and puts up [[red underline]] 300000 [[/red underline]] more for a full sized organisation, making a stock company in which B.C gets 51% of stock and Trist 49%. Of the latter Trist intends to give 9% to Deere for his former help. If after spending the second $100000 we [[strikethrough]] desire [[/strikethrough]] do not desire to go further. This is a very [[red underline]] hectic day [[/red underline]] with all these discussions and at the same time having to correct Benders patent applications and others when Nielson is [[strikethrough]] impatie [[/strikethrough]] about to go away on vacation.
[[underline]] Aug 21. [[/underline]] George B tells me [[red underline]] Barret [[/red underline]] instead of feeling reluctant about Pantone printing process is much interested and believes it good thing [[red underline]] if statements are correct. [[/red underline]]
Lost most of the morning and my patience discussing "Transparent Department" goods situation with [[red underline]] George Baekeland. [[/red underline]] He is still rather impulsive, [[strikethrough]]in all there mat[[/strikethrough]] sometimes in his judgement and [[red underline]] shall have to unlearn [[/red underline]] this [[red underline]] as his father [[/red underline]] does. - I [[red underline]] believe it would be better for George not to be under the authority of his father but under strangers.[[/red underline]] This makes me feel that a [[red underline]] merger will Un. C&C [[/red underline]] might be [[strikethrough]] of [[/strikethrough]] [[red underline]] good for him [[/red underline]] and for me too as I dislike to discuss or disagree in business.
