[[red underline]]Swan & Sanford Brown[[\red underline]] agree about putting [[red underline]]Shrimpe[[\red underline]] in charge of [[red underline]]Pantone.[[\red underline]]  Afterwards approached [[red underline]]Rossi[[\red underline]] on same subject.  He [[red underline]]approves.  Now comes the wait to decide him to act.  Rossi[[\red underline]] has been rather unfair and [[red underline]]prejudiced[[\red underline]] against [[red underline]]Shrimpe[[\red underline]] since many years.  [[red underline]]Lowe[[\red underline]] and [[red underline]][[?Jeremearon]][[\red underline]] who are [[red underline]]close to Rossi feel the same.  George Baekeland[[\red underline]] who does not [[red underline]]know Shrimpe[[\red underline]] bases his opinion on what he hears from the three.  I have [[red underline]]workedwith Shrimpe and know his excellent qualifications besides his limitations.[[\red underline]]  The [[red underline]]other four put stress on[[\red underline]] his [[red underline]]limitations[[\red underline]] and mistakes. - [[red underline]]Shrimpe has helped to build up our enterprise.[[\red underline]]  He has put all his energy in making that in 1929 we were supplying the excessive demand for our goods and this [[red underline]]notwithstanding[[\red underline]]
