He is a very interesting man who gave us much information about [[underlined in red]] climate [[/underlined in red]] in general and of our district in particular.
Tells us, that temperature of the [[underlined in red]] Gulf Stream here is no different from that of the waters in the Bahamas [[/underlined in red]] that the differences in temperature only show farther north and [[underlined in red]] North Easterly where they are higher than [[/underlined in red]] adjacent waters [[strikethrough]] altho a which [[/strikethrough]] of which the temperature is much lower. - Temperature of Gulf stream here is [[underlined in red]] 84˚F. [[/underlined in red]] (highest)
Air temperatures as observed here on Seybold bdg may be much higher in winter time than those observed near the ground because radiation of soil. contributes much in cooling Much lands radiate more and heat up sooner than sand soil [[underlined in red]] Observations on high buildings may  sometimes show a difference of as much as 19˚ higher than in the Everglades.
