This evening I was invited at a [[red underlined]] Dinner at the University Club, where the members of Hoover Relief Committee [[/red underlined]] of Belgium celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the formation of the B.R.C. under [[red underlined]] Herbert Hoover. [[/red underlined]] Edgar Rickard presided, dinner was arrange by Perrin C. [[red underlined]] Galpin. [[/red underlined]] - Raoul [[red underlined]] Grenade [[underlined]] counsellor to Belgian Embassy was also invited and both of us were at the speakers table. I was between [[red underlined]] Millard K. Shaler [[/red underlined]] who sat on right of [[red underlined]] Rickard [[/red underlined]] and on my right was [[red underlined]] Edwin P. Shattuck, [[/red underlined]] who says he [[red underlined]] is my neighbor at St. Gaudens Ave in Coconut Grove. The others present were Ayer Hibbard, George Barr Baker, Sidney Brooks E.G. Burland
