[[/underlined]] George and wife left for Nassau this morning Reports in Chemical publications indicate that in the past year the Union Carbide and Carbon Co, has sold more dollars of her products than any other chemical Co.; which looks very encouraging [[strikethrough]] See. [[/strikethrough]] This is for the year 1941 Its earnings amount to $42,247,274 which is higher than the $35,847,450 sales of last year The dividends of last year were $3.86, and $4.55 this year, comparing very favorably with all the chemical concerns

[[strikethrough]] Feb. 12 13 [[/strikethrough]] ^[[April 12.]] At home all day [[strikethrough]] George and his wife left this morning by Air plane to Nassau. Very windy weather all day. Feb. With Paul and Rowl drove to [[/strikethrough]]

^[[underlined]] April 12. [[/underlined]] George, wife and Celine went out together for supper.
[[underlined]] April 13. [[/underlined]] At home all day. George and wife took Air-port flier to Nassau.. Windy weather all day and occasional rains
[[underlined]] April 14. [[/underlined]] Paul, Row and myself drove up along Indian Creek to see whether there is room left for stowing the ION during storm season. Former owner has died. - the shelter is well kept and a few yachts are already in. A young undersized scot is in charge and tells us that there will be ample room for the ION.
The place next to the Yacht shelter is "Musa Isle" a small reservation for Indians, which live there and offer a show every afternoon.
Same group of Indians and these finally I used to know many years ago, when I sheltered my small yacht there
