Feb 5 - 1923. The Bladensburg Union was called to Order on the Above date by the President Prayer was offered by Sister N.A. Plummer in absence of the Chaplain. After the Roll Call of Officers the President Authorized Bro Dunnington to act as Marshall Protem for the evening. Dues was collected to the amt of $35.55 The Treasurer removed the money from the Table. The Minutes of our last regular meeting was next read recd and adopted. The Chairman of the Sick reported the following members Sick Bro. Carroll. Sister Mary Scott Newton & Louisa Johnson. It was moved and seconded that the Rept be recd. The acting Chairman of the Board Bro Dunnington Made a partial report concerning the grave digging but asked for 30 days longer for further investigation it was granted by the Society. The Treasurers financial report was next read and approved of. A brief statement was made by the President. After which it was moved and seconded that $5 25/100 be paid the Secretary for 1 Brief [[strike]] Book [[/strike]] Case 1 Minutes Book & Stamps for the use of the Society.
