May 7- 1923
The Bladensburg union was called to Order on the above date by the President. Prayer was offered by the Chaplain. After the roll call of Officers the President declared the meeting opened for business. 
Dues was collected to the amt of $47.30. The Treasurer removed the money from the Table.
The Minutes of our last regular Meeting was next read and received.
The Chairman of the sick being absent Sister Hattie Fortune reported that Sister Laura Jackson was sick it was moved and seconded that the report be received
There was no report from the Board of Directors the Chairman being absent
it was moved and seconded that the Officers As Nominated At Our last regular meeting be duly Elected for the ensuing year. Which are as follows. President Aug Bowie vice President Robt Johnson, Secretary W.E. Burke Assistant Secretary J.S. Burke Treasurer Nellie Plummer. Chairman of the sick W.R. Davis assistant Martha Brown. Chm of the Board [[strikethrough]] Nat [[/strikethrough]] James Gray. Chaplain Philip Broome Marshall W. M.H. Redd.
it was moved and seconded that Sister Nellie Plummer be Chairman of the Anniversary Committee. No further business it was moved and seconded that we adjourn.

Dues was collected to the Amt of $.3618. The Treasurer removed the money from the Table.
The Minutes of our last regular meeting was next read received and adopted.
The Chairman of the Sick reported that Sister Senorah Herbert Scott had been sick & when he went to see her she was out. After A brief discussion it was Moved and sec. that the society only give her one weeks dues. he also reported that Sister Laura Jackson & Sister Mary J. [[Perry?]] was sick but both are better. it was moved and sec that the report be received.
There was no report from the Board of Directors  
The Treasurer made her financial report to the Society it was moved and sec that the rept be recd.
The Committee on Anniversary reported that Rev Armstrong Pastor of [[Dents?]] A.M.E. Church had been secured to Preach the Anniversary Sermon it was moved and sec that the Report be received
No further bussiness it was moved & sec that we Adjourn. Dismissed by Bro. W. R. Davis
