May 7th 1928
The Bladensburg union was called to order on the above date by the President Prayer was offered by Bro Davis in absence of the Chaplain after the roll call of Officers the President declared the meeting opened for business. dues was collected to the amt of $39.90 dues $1.00 on application $1.50 Charity funds 10ยข Constitution Making a total of $42.50. The treas removed the money from the Table. 
The Minutes of our last meeting was next read recd and adopted. 
Unfinished business was next in order it was moved and seconded that Bro Jas Dunningtons name be dropped from the rolls for non payment of dues. 
The Chairman of the sick reported the following members sick Sisters Fannie Plummer Lula Welch & Bettie Davis. No word received from Sister Sarah Brooks. he also reported the President had been sick one week. Which should have been reported last meeting it was moved and seconded that the report be received.

The treas financial report was next read received and adopted. 
The treasurer called attention that we has not had a memorial [strikethrough] from [/strikethrough] for Bro sidney Davis it was moved and seconded that we have memorial for Bro Davis first Monday in June. it was moved and seconded that we retain the same Eulogy Committee.
