Just one constant interruption from one source or another. Stanley Brode of Pendleton High Schools was [[strikethrough]] not [[/strikethrough]] wanting me to furnish a list of Birds of Umatilla Co. Herb Lampman about mammals of Oregon etc

General office work. Birds of Oregon etc.. In afternoon dug dandelions, plantain etc out of yard until I made my arms sore.
[[underlined]] Aug 14, 1932 [[/underlined]] At nursery in morning taking a few picture & pulling weeds. Then home to meet Garlough and worked on lawn.
[[underlined]] Aug 15, 1932 [[/underlined]] Conference with Garlough [[strikethrough]] and [[strikethrough]] various matters. Conference with Kavanaugh. Dictated some material on Thallium article
[[underlined]] Aug 16, 1932 [[/underlined]] Worked on Thallium article & on dope on various other matters. Dictated mail. At home in P.M to work on article there. 
[[underlined]] Aug 17, 1932 x [[/underlined]] Left home at 800 AM. and arrived at Auto Camp near Fossil 500 PM. C.J. Iris & Jean with me. Hot & clear in Eastern Oregon but the kids enjoyed it.
