Saturday July 19
Day commences partly clear but clouds over with variable light winds. Observations for time interrupted by clouds Spend the day taking angles from various stations finishing the [[triangle symbol]] of this harbor

Sunday July 20
Storms hard all day from the SW Rain fog & high winds. work over [[triangle symbol]]n sheets in A.M. P.M. clears some what & see more stars than any previous night this season. Wind more moderate

Monday July 21
Day perfectly clear- A little fog lying very low on the horizon. Wind light and variable. Tidal observations soundings, Astronomical azimuth & circummeridian altitudes for latitude take up the day
