ng the latter half of this morning's observations. This would suggest that they are even more "concentrated" than they were a couple of months ago. I.E. a relatively larger number of birds are in flocks.

9:05 am. See single [[red checkmark]] Firebelly alone. 6 ft up in hedge-like scrub. Sooty Thrush j ----> Firebelly! But I think that the thrush actually is attracted to me. Utters Alarm Calls. Then thrush flew off. Firebelly does not follow.

9:15. See another single Sooty Thrush alone. Perched exposed, 8 ft up, in "hedge"

Arrive area where Lafs and (probably) Cys were the only non-commensal Diglossini seen and heard a few months ago 5:37 am. Cloudy. Still dark. Some wind. Everything silent.

SEE TODAY'S NOTES ON MIXED DIGLOSSINI.

Things generally very quiet ca 6:00 - 6:10 am. Obviously, most species are not in breeding condition here now. But the Firebellies may be an exception!

6:35 am. A group of 3 [[three red checkmarks]] [[underlined]] Buthraupis eximia [[/underlined]] appears. Moving rapidly thru scrub. Approximately 10 ft up. Moderately noisy. "CN"s and/or "PN"s. But [[underlined]] definitely [[/underlined]] alone!

A few minutes later, see a single Sooty Thrush alone. 3 ft up in scrub. Uttering usual alarm calls

Everything very quiet (again) now. 6:50 am.
