7:39. See single [[underlined]] juv. [[/underlined]] PL Atlapetes (streaked breast) apparently alone in low thick scrub. Silent. Goes off slowly. Then an adult PL appears. Going in same direction. Then see [[2 red 2 pencil 2 blue checkmarks]] [[circled in blue]] 100 [[/circled]] 2 birds together. Juv. uttering "Zheet zheet zheet zheet......" and doing occasional wing-Q.

Possibly this [[underlined]] is [[/underlined]] the breeding season for several species!

A little further on, see apparently single [[1 red 1 pencil 1 blue checkmarks]] [[circled in blue]] 101 [[/circled]] [[underlined]] nigrocristatus [[/underlined]] alone in bamboo thicket. Utters occasional CN, otherwise silent. Disappears almost immediately.

8:10. See a single WM [[1 red 1 pencil 1 blue checkmarks]] [[circled in blue]] 102 [[/circled]] Atlapetes feeding alone in low open scrub. Mandibulating berries!

8:16. Hear what sounds like White-spectacled Whitestart singing in distance. Song moderately Laf-like. No diglossas singing simultaneously.

Everything [[underlined]] very [[/underlined]] quiet today. Rather surprising, as the sun is partly veiled by clouds and it is not very warm.

[[margin in red]] 98 [[/margin]]

See as single PL [[1 pencil 1 red 1 blue checkmarks]] [[circled in blue]] 103 [[/circled]] Atlapetes, definitely alone and silent. Adult. (Probably the same individual that was with the large flock the other day.)

[[margin in red]] 99 [[/margin]]

8:27. Single WM [[1 red 1 pencil 1 blue checkmark]] [[circled in blue]] 104 [[/circled]] flies by, uttering ALCN's. Definitely alone

8:35. See single [[1 green 1 pencil 1 blue checkmark]] [[circled]] 1 [[/circled]] BCBT about 20 ft up in tree. Also [[circled]] 2 [[/circled]] [[1 green 1 blue 1 pencil checkmark]] single Red Woodpecker on tree 20 - 40 ft away. There also is [[circled]] 3 [[/circled]] [[1 pencil 1 green 1 blue checkmark]] something in marshy scrub. But I don't think this is a real mixed flock.
