This Morning at VIII Gardiner & his men with Ebierbing started off to make another trial with his boat to Og-bier-seer-o-ping.  It is doubtful about his making the passage to & through Lupton Straits for as I looked out from top Whale Island at IX the pack seemed worse than yesterday.
