Last night a long one to me - I retired early - could not sleep or remain in my berth.  Thinking it near morning, I arose, dressed, looked at the clock & behold it was only hX-m00 P.M.!  I remained up till about 12 Midnight, when I turned in again to try if I could not rest.  Solicited sleep came not, therefore, I eked out a painful night.
A severe cold with the 2 Job Comforters - one on lip & one on my back - are quite enough to cause my present discomforture.  The cold was taken by the [[underlined]] "sweating" [[/underlined]] process wh. I underwent on the night of 2d Encampment when the Innuits piled their calorie arnica - en-ad-lo around me.
