"[[underline]]The President Harding" Sweet Pea. [[/underline]]

Beneath my window "President Harding" is in flower! And what a glory it is, -all the beauteous coloring of the summer Sunset, the exquisite bloom on the cheek of the peach, are centred in its wondrous flowers of immense size, tall and strong on each upright stem are poised four or more of the lovely crimped and wavy blossoms, glowing against the rich green foliage of the vine. Looking at them, and breathing the delicious perfume fills one's heart with thoughts of joy and goodness, as did the charming personality of the great and noble man, after whom this wonderful new [[underline]] sweet-pea is named.
