To whom it may concern:
Mr. J. H. Tibbles, whose name is so prominently associated with the recent cases before the courts of the United States for the rights of the Ponka Indians, is a member of my church and having known him intimately for two years I commend him as worthy of all esteem and assistance.  The work to which he is devoting his life is assuming its proper importance before the people
