Tibbles, has been connected with the Omaha Herald and the people of this part of the West for a long time, & is now engaged in defending the Indians in the courts to secure their rights and property. He brought the celebrated Ponca case in the U.S. District court for Nebraska, & now seeks to recover their [[strikethrough]] sot [[/strikethrough]] stolen reservation.
