So at least we all feel here who have been privileged to listen to Mr. Tibbles' presentations.
      Doubtless the Indian question is a hard one - & one whose difficulties puzzle the wisest, & daunt the boldest.  But it is certainly refreshing to hear one so thoroughly familiar with all the facts, & so competent to make others see & feel the truth, [[strikethrough]] from [[/strikethrough]] compelled by his own intense convictions to go after the problem; in the interests of Justice & humanity let himself with all his might to force a solution.  And there are many who believe that Mr. T's method will procure the true one for breaking up the gigantic system of fraud & robbery which has so long cursed the Indian & disgraced our government -
