          Santee Agency Neb March

Dear Sir
      I take the liberty to inform you my friend that I feel bad in regard to some things that I don't like the way that I am [[treaty?]] I want to get plows & wagon it seems that they don't want that I should get anything and in the meantime my band would like to get cloth for to make tents the ministers they told me if I would go to church they would help me but I dont see me even if our people are to be help by the government I aught to help also as well as the rest of my people. and hope that

when ever you write and answer you send as directed your letter to Niobrara  I hope to hear from you  I wish to hurry with plows for spring and also I want to here if we are going to get anything this spring if we are going to get some mony or not  all at present  write and wether if are going to get any oxen or not  I will look for a letter soon
