Sir:
The Materia Medica Collection has been enriched, during the month of January by the receipt of 277 specimens (No. 52390 to 52667 inclusive), consisting of rare Indian drugs collected and sent by the "Kurrachee Museum". These will be enclosed so soon as suitable bottles shall be available. A series of photographs of Medicinal Plants has been acquired by purchase, and has been mounted in folding screens ready for exhibition. Several hundred labels have been received from the Printer, attached to blacks and distributed to their corresponding specimens.
