  At the annual meeting held on May 6, 1924, the action of the officers in offering to the City a strip of land for purpose of widening Jarvis Avenue in connection with the property of the Museum in the Borough of the Bronx was approved.  It was also recommended at this meeting that the Board take under consideration the erection of a building on the Bronx Annex property, and subscriptions to the building fund were made.

  At the meeting held on October 14, 1924, the membership of the Board of Trustees was increased from ten to twelve members.

  The resignation of Mr. Clarence B. Moore as Trustee was accepted with deep regret.

  Mr. Thomas Roberts, Jr., and Mr. Walter L. Worrall were appointed Trustees.

  At the meeting held on December 2, 1924, the constitution was amended so as to provide for the creation of a Staff Committee.

  At the meeting held on February 3, 1925, the budget for the coming year was laid before the meeting and approved and pledges were received from members of the Board substantially covering the budget requirements for the year.
