They climb easily and do not need as much coaxing. The color is like a shade we sometimes see in our gorgeous sunsets -

The President Harding sweet peas, compare with the other variety, like a piece of soft shimmering silk would with calico.

I am very glad to have had this experience, for it has shown me better than anything else could, their great superiority over other varieties.
