Of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine being twelve months after the said principal sum of Nineteen thousand pounds is to bear interest according to the said Articles the sum of Nine hundred and fifty pounds of like lawful money being one other years interest of the said principal sum of Nineteen thousand pounds at or on the Twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred the sum of Nine hundred and fifty pounds of like lawful money being one other years interest of the said principal Sum of Nineteen thousand pounds at or on the Twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and one the sum of Nine hundred and fifty pounds of like lawful money being one other years interest of the said principal sum of Nineteen thousand pounds at or on the Twentieth day of September One thousand eight hundred and two and the sum of Nineteen thousand seven hundred and ninety one pounds thirteen shillings and four pence of like lawful money being the said principal sum of Nineteen thousand pounds and ten months interest thereof at or on the Twentieth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and three and which is in full performance of the covenant of the said Robert Lord Carrington in that respect contained in the said Agreement From this Indenture Witnesseth that in pursuance of the said Agreement and for and in consideration of the said sum of One hundred and Seventeen Pounds eleven shillings of lawful money of Great Britain by the said Robert Lord Carrington to the said Samuel Smith, Rene Payne, George Smith and John Smith in hand well and truly paid at or immediately before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said Robert Lord Carrington his Heirs Executors and Administrators from the same and every part thereof are hereby acquitted released exonerated and for ever discharged and also for and in consideration of the said several sums of Nine hundred and fifty pounds, Nine hundred and fifty pounds, Nine hundred and fifty pounds, Nine hundred and fifty pounds and, Nineteen thousand seven hundred and ninety one pounds thirteen shillings and four pence of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by the said Robert Lord Carrington his Heirs Executors or Admors unto the said Samuel Smith, Rene Payne, George Smith and John Smith their Executors Administrators and Assigns on the several days and times and in the manner mentioned in the said recited Bond or Obligation bearing or intended to bear even date with these presents and which said sum of One hundred and seventeen pounds eleven shillings and the said Principal sum of Nineteen thousand pounds mentioned in the said recited Bond make together the said sum of Nineteen thousand one hundred and seventeen pounds eleven shillings and are hereby declared to be in full payment and satisfaction of the said sum of Nineteen thousand one hundred and seventeen pounds eleven shillings so as aforesaid due and owing by the said Robert Lord Carrington, Samuel Smith and Rene Payne to the said Samuel Smith, Rene Payne, George Smith and John Smith and also for and in consideration of the sum of ten shillings of lawful money of Great Britain to each of them the said Samuel Smith and Rene Payne in hand well and truly paid by the said Robert Lord Carrington at or before the Sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. They the said Samuel Smith and Rene Payne Have and each of them Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed and by these presents Do and each of them Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the said Robert Lord Carrington in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the said Samuel Smith and Rene Payne in consideration of Five shillings a piece by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these presents for the term of one whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the date of the same Indenture of Bargain and Sale and by force of the Statute made for transferring Uses into possession/ and to his Heirs and Assigns 
All those the two third parts undivided the whole into three equal parts to be divided/ And all and every other the part and parts purpart and purparts Share and Shares and proportion and proportions of them the said Samuel Smith and Rene Payne and of each of them Of and in All that plantation or penn (formerly a Sugarwork) commonly called or known by the name of the Farm and the Lands thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the parish of St Catherine in the County of Middlesex in the said Island of Jamaica containing by estimation Seven hundred and fifty eight acres (be the same more or less) And also of and in All that penn commonly called and known by the name of Cow Park and the Lands thereunto belonging also situate lying and being in the said parish of Saint Catherine in the Island of Jamaica containing by Estimation Four hundred and seventy four acres (be the same more or less)
