Piccayune = possibly Vernon means Picayune?
Tillenzia = Vernon possibly menas Tilanzia
Cathetos atrata = Catharista atrata?
Initial Review Notes: Top of second page, I believe he's written "Liquidamber" (meaning liquidambar). Also, I agree with your transcription of "Palmetto" and have removed the brackets.
