25th July 1929. A dull day with only some patches of rain in late afternoon!

Drove to Ballinaclash, thence by Moneymeen round S. slopes of Croaghanmoira to Agharanagh, WI. & home via Coolballintaggart & Aughrim.
1 pm till 2 pm. stopped at Muchlagh Bridge for lunch where collected some icks. ( mostly on Spruce) & in rock-garden of lodge below same saw 
[[underlined]] Bombus muscorum [[/underlined]] [[virgin female symbol]], [[underlined]] B. agrorum [[/underlined]], [[underlined]] B. hortorum [[/underlined]] & [[underlined]] B. lucorum [[/underlined]] mostly on purple Budleia, & also took a Braconid & a couple of small icks.
[[underlined]] Lissonota bellator [[/underlined]], a small [[male symbol]]. L. errabunda [[female symbol]]

4. 3 [[2 male symbols]] & 5 [[2 female symbols]] of the [[underlined]] apanteles [[/underlined]] (? others dead in box!)
These emerged as follows :- 1 [[male symbol]] on 28th May, 2 [[2 male symbols]] on 4th June, 5 [[2 female symbols]] on 9th June 1930.
