Both Collieries working 11 hours - Loaded all our cars, the 3 days allotment, today and yesterday

Condemned 4 more cars of Nut & Stove at Vulcan have 14 ( [[superscript]] 4 [[/superscript]] /4) to run through tomorrow - 

Received car of Rails at each Colliery this week.

Both Collieries idle - 

Run through 14 1/2 cars of condemned stove & nut today at Vulcan - 10 hours to do so - 

In the first west Buck Mountain, Vulcan, where we have batteries placed to hold sediment in wash water, 15 cars of dirt run through to day - Came through false bottom - small hole 4 [[inch symbol]] diameter - 

Usual squads of men working today repairing etc - 

The "Sturtevant" people must have erred in sending the fan engine to Vulcan, for fan draft plant - Put in anchor bolts as per sketch furnished, but the holes in engine do not correspond - Have written -
