S. Eichhorn - used pull-down list for collectors. GeoNames places Puerto Berr? in Antioquia, although near the border. Dept. of Santander to just to the east. If this locality was west of Puerto Berr?, it would be even further into Antioquia. (@AntelopeWest) Puerto Berrio's east boundary is the line between Santander and Antioquia. If the label mistakenly noted oeste rather than este, the site would be across the river into Santander. I think this is an instance where we should go with the label.
