z@nellie - "Brasilia" in the German is Brazil (@AntelopeWest) F. Sellow (aka Sello) 1789-1831. Sello went to Brazil in 1814 and stayed until his death. There is no apparent continuity in his numbering on the available specimens. Also, Until 1960, Rio comprised the Federal District. Brasilia became the seat of government in 1960 and took on the Federal District mantel. Before then it was in Goias.
