Continuation on Endorsement of B.L Perry who requests the donation of two Govt. buildings at Morehead City &C. [[Footnote 1]] [[Footnote 2]] Febry 19. Recd back from Bvt. Lieut Col. Thos. P. Johnston with endorsement. the buildings were turned over to Bvt. Maj. F.A. Seely, A.Q.M. New bern 1866 by Bvt. Lieut Col J.D. Stubbs.  They were afterwards transferred to me by Bvt. Maj Seely June 1st 1866 and dropped from my Quartermaster papers and taken up on Bureau papers by authority of Circular of the Comr dated April 27th- 1866
