WHO'S WHO in the CAST
THERESA MERRITT (Ma Rainey) is probably best known as Mama on the television series "That's My Mama." She is remembered by Broadway audiences for Carmen Jones, Golden Boy, Tambourines to Glory, Trumpets of the Lord, Don't Play Us Cheap, Division Street and The Wiz. She appeared with the Lincoln Center Repertory Company in The Crucible and at Circle in the Square in F. Jasmine Adams (the musical version of The Member of the Wedding). She toured in Hallelujah Baby!, the American premiere of the musical version of Gone With the Wind, and numerous Show Boats, Funny Girls and South Pacifics. Theresa was back-
