6th August 1931 Another very hot day, but more cloud than during previous week!
Left Donaghadee 11 AM, drove to Contig & spent 40 minutes looking for more [[underlined]] Crabro styrius [[/underlined]] but only [[underlined]] C. varius [[/underlined]] seen. Then drove to Belfast & home to Dublin. Stopped for lunch at small quarry on roadside N. of Dromore, DO. where took 1 [[female symbol]] [[underlined]] Nomada obtusifrons [[/underlined]] & a couple of icks.
Mymarid taken in tea-cup here also.
