With Roger Waterstone of Edinburgh : drove to canal above Leixlip, Co. KD. 11 AM till 12.30.

Spent an hour at sand-pit near Powerscourt Ho. [[circled]] = 1. [[/circled]] & the rest of the time in upper part of demesne, just below deerpark on rt. bank of river [[circled]] = 2 [[/circled]]. all labelled Powerscourt DM., Co. WI.
