Put "NA" in the herbarium number as none on card, added "collector unknown" as am unsure whether "van der Hammen Exchange" indicates that the specimen was also collected by van der Hammen. I note that author of species is Cuatrec. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphanactis but as is lacking from card haven't added.
