Equisetum palustre L.
Eperjes.
G. Jermy does not seem to have moved to the US until the 1870's; this specimen was collected ~15 years before that. Given that he was Hungarian, and that Eperjes is a town in Hungary, I've assumed that the country is Hungary and the territory is Csongr? county.

Equisetum paluntae L.
Eperpes.
Based on this guide from Missouri Botanical Garden, I've edited this record to US, Texas - MOBOT indicates that Gustav(e) Jermy prepared a collection of flora from Gillespie County, Texas (http://www.mobot.org/MOBOT/molib/part2.pdf - pg 88). The collection was purchased from Jermy in 1897. Jermy did not begin collecting until 6 yrs after this specimen was gathered (http://kiki.huh.harvard.edu/databases/botanist_search.php?mode=details&id=41485) - @meghaninmotion
