the morning cool & clear  Inspection of the ward by Doctor Rector at 11 a.m. & by the Surgeon in 
Charge at 1 P.M.  everything at each Inspection found to be best condition  commenced raining at two P.M & rained the remainder of the Day & Night

the morning cool though cloudy  Rained in the afternoon. ordered in the afternoon to get ready to go North hurriedly  got my things together about Sun Down. the order was countermanded on account of the Boat not being large enough to carry as many as was to go. their being no room for more than what was to go out of the first Division
