[[preprinted]] WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 13, 1865 [[/preprinted]] The morning cloudy some rainfall through the night but none of consequence. the day throughout pleasant a telegram received stating that the Bradford would be up on the next tide & orders to prepare the things for a move [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] THURSDAY, SEPT. 14, 1865 [[/preprinted]] this morning fair & pleasant an early breakfast after which the Detachmt went aboard the steamer Haughton & went to Charleston for the purpose of taking steamer for Mass. landed & staid on the dock till late in the afternoon when the Detachmt went aboard the steamer Croton & the Boat dropped out into the stream where she laid during the evening
