   Sir
There has been recorded in this month of September 450 Ethnological Specimens, extending from No. 106,901 to 107351. Of these the greater portion consisted of Earthenware vessels (360 in number) collected by Messrs Mindeleff at the Pueblo of Acoma, N. M. The remainder was made up of Mound Builders relics from Butler Co Ohio, collected by J. P. Rogan, and a few incidental accessions which close the record of all that has been offered during the month.
    Respectfully submitted
       E Foreman
