Dear Sir:
  I have the honor to submit the following report for the Department of [[underlined]] Ethnology [[/underlined]] for the month of March, 1886.
  During the month no change was made in the force of the Department. A large series of casts of Indian heads taken by Clark Mills was packed and sent to Paris. Small collections were sent to A. Guesde at Point-a-pietre, Guadeloupe and to Col. T. F. Spangler at Zanesville Ohio. The collection from Corea sent in by
