States that a literary institution from the North has opened for the Education of the Freedmen. Granting them the advantages of a thorough Collegiate education. Is here as an authorized agent of the General Assembly of the Northern Church, and has two young men ready to go North and asks assistance from the Bureau in the way of transportation to the Amount of $40 to defray their expenses.
