Writes on behalf of his brother-in-law Peter Kendall residing in Cabarrus Co who has worked for over five months for a Mr. Kendall a farmer near Gold Hill for which he was to receive 1/5 of the Crop Was charged by Mr. Fisher with committing a rape on his daughter, and has been held in prison without trial, and that his family is suffering &c Asks for advice &c. and to know how much his family can claim of Mr. Fisher for the labor already performed.
