Forwards letter of Margret S. Clark who states that great opposition is made by the whites to the colored schools in Dallas and asks for assistance for the school at Dallas, Gaston Co. NC. Requests that the Agent of the Bureau at Lincolnton be instructed to ascertain as deffinety as possible the cause of the closing of Freedmen's school at Dallas &c and report in regard to the same.
